Providers: Updating your practice data is easier than ever with our enhanced online Provider Data Change Form. Quickly and conveniently update your email addresses, office locations, business hours, staff rosters and more, in real-time. Go to, securely sign in, then click Display/Edit Practice Information.



By signing in to the Magellan provider Web site with your secure username and password, you can check and submit claims and much more.
